A blend of 4 different vintages with the lowest permitted alcohol content (16.5%), falling into the unusual category of Light Dry White Port. Produced with grapes from Quinta do Monte Xisto exposed to the North, it results in an original and refined wine approaching a more ancestral style of Port wine, with less grade and sugar.
Vinification in cement vats with the skins over 3 days, followed by pressing to finish fermentation and subsequent addition of brandy. Aging in a cement tank at the warehouse in Vila Nova de Gaia, near the sea, with excellent temperature and humidity conditions.
